Emergency Evacuation Notice
To All Residents of Duomension City:
After final confirmation by the Department of Aberration Defense, Duomension City is now under direct assault by the Lord Ravager, Asat Pramad. This threat has been classified as an Apocalypse-level catastrophe. As of the issuance of this notice, Duomension City is officially under a state of highest emergency.
All conventional defense measures against Asat Pramad have been proven ineffective. We hereby solemnly inform all residents: the Security Bureau cannot fundamentally halt his destructive progress. We must abandon Duomension City.
In accordance with the Crisis Emergency Response Plan issued by the CEO's office, the Security Bureau hereby issues the following evacuation guidelines to all residents:
1. Gather essential survival supplies from your immediate surroundings. Prioritize water, food, medicine, lighting equipment, and warm clothing. Organize yourselves in family or residential unit groups, rally swiftly, and prepare for relocation. Time is life. Do not delay your evacuation by packing valuables, filming videos, or live-streaming.
2. Remain calm. Do your utmost to suppress overwhelming negative emotions such as fear and despair. High concentrations of negative Wishpower can induce aberrant activation in imagenae, drawing them to congregate near the source. Look out for one another, offer support, and help those around you who are losing control to regain their composure. Solidarity is our most valuable shield in this moment.
3. Proceed to Perdido Station for emergency shelter. As Duomension City's largest transit hub, Perdido Station has relatively ample supplies. The Security Bureau is currently coordinating area defense, civilian placement, and resource distribution within the station. Please follow posted signage and the guidance of on-duty security officers, avoid main surface roads, and evacuate in an orderly manner via the subway lines.
In the face of this disaster, all security officers will hold their posts until they can no longer carry out their duties. We will do everything in our power to maintain order in the city and secure safe passage to Perdido Station for as many residents as possible.
