Welcome to Astropolis. If you're here, you've either made it big in the IPC, or you've done something big enough to earn the ticket. But before you start preening, remember: even on vacation, "knowing your place" is a mandatory refresher course for every IPC employee. Here's what you can expect by tier:
—— Gold-Tier Client —— Coverage: Below P30 And no, there's no Bronze or Silver. Everyone in this room is a winner. But if you're not a major player in your division or sitting on a decent-sized portfolio in some backwater system, you'll be expected to step aside for higher-tier colleagues now and then. Resources are limited, yeah?
Gold-tier clients may enjoy all of Astropolis's services and attractions, for a fee, of course, except at venues clearly marked "Platinum and above only." And if a server politely asks you to give up your seat for a more distinguished guest? That's just how it works.
—— Platinum-Tier Client —— Coverage: P30 – P35 Platinum is the key that unlocks many of our finest establishments. Reaching this tier means you're someone who pulls strings and receives briefings from underlings beyond Astropolis. The Upside-Down Restaurant will be delighted to receive you.
Platinum-tier clients enjoy full access to all of Astropolis's offerings, plus a daily one-hour complimentary spa or massage session. Should misfortune or illness strike, Platinum-tier clients may also rely on "Servis" medical support, though you will be billed for the service.
—— Black-Gold-Tier Client —— Coverage: P36–P40 Black-Gold is the mark of the true connoisseur. Reaching this tier means you've rendered meritorious service to the IPC, and your story of triumph, or heroism, is likely recited by your subordinates like a legend.
Black-Gold-tier clients enjoy complimentary access to nearly all services and entertainment in Astropolis, as well as priority fast-track entry. "Servis" medical support is on the house, and the Upside-Down Restaurant offers you a daily complimentary afternoon tea.
—— Amber-Tier Client —— Coverage: P40 and above Yes, you won't find a "Diamond" tier here. What's so precious about a common lump of carbon anyway? In the IPC, Amber is the one true sacred mineral. Outside Astropolis, Amber-tier clients can sway the markets of entire star systems, and even beyond. Within Astropolis, the same rule applies.
Amber-tier clients enjoy full complimentary access to all services and entertainment in Astropolis, barring items that require extra purchase. You always receive top priority entry, and a private recreation coordinator is available to design your daily agenda. Astropolis's security and medical teams will attend to your needs before all others, and the Upside-Down Restaurant always keeps a table waiting for you.
