Notice:
1. This license is restricted to the license holder only and must not be transferred or altered.
2. The license must be carried at all times while piloting a starskiff and produced upon inspection by the Sky-Faring Commission.
3. Penalties for driving with an expired license or a vehicle model that does not match the driver's qualification will be enforced in accordance with the Xianzhou Starskiff Traffic Regulations (Star Calendar Year 7283 Revised Edition).
4. The license holder must participate in a traffic safety course every year and pass the Xianzhou General Traffic Assessment once every century.
5. This is an interstellar driving license applicable under the Xianzhou Alliance Cross-Vehicle Driving Interoperability Agreement and the Cosmic Universal Driving Qualification.
