The Darkflame Knight Rises Premiere Interview
Uma: This is Penacony TV Station's special program "Exemplary Films Guide" reporting. Highly recommended by Miss Robin, the blockbuster The Darkflame Knight Rises, adapted from the historical battle where the Glamoth's Iron Cavalry aided Penacony against the Swarm, has finally hit the silver screen. Uma: I'm now standing at the entrance of Clock Studios Theme Park. As you can see, viewers are trickling out in groups. Let's hear what they have to say about the movie!
Casual Viewer Oh, what destruction? I don't know. It wasn't me anyway. I'm just a tourist who happened to catch a movie today. Oh, you mean Glamoth's Iron Cavalry? That opening scene with the Iron Cavalry fighting the Swarm was pretty tragic. The protagonist, you know, that robot, discovers traces of the Propagation after ending up in Penacony. Yet, it still decides to help the locals fight against the Swarm Disaster. Really touching. Oh, no, I'm not a local. Like I said, I'm just a tourist.
Robin's Fan I came for Miss Robin's theme song! I attended her roadshow last time, and Miss Robin strongly recommended this film. She said, sure, turning this part of history into a film might mix some fiction into it... But we need to remember first, before we understand. And someday in the future, we'll be willing to unravel the truth ourselves. Indeed, if it weren't for this film, I wouldn't have known about this part of Penacony's history at all!
Professional Critic The film focuses on AR-214, a Glamoth Iron Cavalry who accidentally entered Penacony during the Swarm Disaster. She confronts the agony brought by Entropy Loss Syndrome, and through helping Asdana, she rediscovers the purpose of her existence and truly gains her own name. That final scene, where she removes her mech and steps into Penacony's crowd as a true girl at last, then turning back with a smile... it was deeply moving. I admit, I strongly doubt whether this is historically accurate. Yet perhaps this is the filmmaker's little indulgence. History itself could be too heavy for us to grasp in full, but at least in this story, they chose to grant that girl the gentlest ending possible...
An Emotional Viewer *Sniff*... When she took off her mask, I finally realized... she was just a tender-hearted girl... Facing Penacony's misunderstandings about her, she could have just left. Instead, she silently bore the blame for bringing the Swarm Disaster, while shouldering the responsibility of saving Penacony... Thank goodness the truth finally came to light... *sniff*... Director, you owe me for these tears...
Hardcore History Buff This is a work of true dedication. The attention to detail is remarkable. For instance, many believe it was the Glamoth's Iron Cavalry AR-214 who brought the Swarm Disaster. Countless films and even written records repeat this mistake. But this movie carefully drew on historical research to reveal the Swarm's true origin. And the props are so meticulously crafted, you'd almost suspect the prop team had seen actual Glamoth mechs... I must say, viewers can always tell when a film is made with respect, hard work, and sincerity.
Uma: Alright then, that's all for our viewers interview! Uma: Now, as the executive producer of The Darkflame Knight Rises, Mr. Reca also invited the "assistant director" to attend the premiere ceremony. So, were you surprised when Miss Robin first proposed a collaboration on behalf of the Oak Family? What are your thoughts on her insistence on choosing the Glamoth's Iron Cavalry as the subject? And were there any unforgettable moments you could share with us during filming?
